When there is more work than our own employees can manage, temporary employees may be engaged to provide assistance. In addition, people may also be hired for specialist work. Our greatest priority in this is that the temporary employees perform their work safely and in accordance with the work arrangements.
We therefore pay a great deal of attention to safety instructions and onboarding. Before a temporary worker commences work, he or she works through a series of toolboxes. These toolboxes are accessed online and completed with a test. The temporary worker only receives access to the site after displaying proof of successful completion.
The toolboxes are made available to the temporary employee with a user name and password issued by the employment agency.
